Rewrite fasm macros for fasm2/fasmg
From scratch or based on existing fasm and fasm2 macros. To build at least the kernel, uefi4kos loader, kiv, libimg, asciivju. The mentioned builds must be byte identical to fasm1 builds. The source difference must be only in the new macros included.

In fasm, from scratch, input is pointer+length, output is rgba. A userspace utility and a kernel debug function. Payment depends on amount of work.
As you may remember Mario allow us use his binaries of Speech engine and samples for free.
After some conversation he offered to buy his code and source of samples for 300$ as he spent a lot of time on their creation. This is a fair price but for me other things are in priorities.
