That means specific farming runs against Shredder enemies, and if your build is not tuned for them, those fights drag. You also need a single Exodus Module to clear this step, so you can not just brute force it with random drops. It is the sort of stage where you will probably reroute your normal play for a few nights and focus on certain enemy types and routes instead of just following whatever event pops up.



PvP Pressure And Coin Sink
Stage 4 pushes you straight into Stella Montis, and that is where solo players often stall out. It is a PvP hot zone, so you are trying to grab 5 Frequency Mod Boxes, 5 Advanced Electronic Components, 3 Ion Sputters, and 3 Leaper Pulse Units while knowing another squad can drop you and yoink everything. People either go in loud with a full team or sneak around and pick up scraps after fights; both can work, but dying with your quest items on you hurts. Stage 5 flips the script again and becomes a giant money burn: you must sell 200,000 coins worth of Combat Items, 100,000 coins of Survival Items, 150,000 coins of Provisions, and 300,000 coins in Materials. Watching your balance crash after weeks of hoarding can feel worse than losing a match.



Is The Wipe Worth It
So is nuking your character actually a smart move or just a flex for screenshots? It depends on where your head is. If your build feels stale, your skill tree is a mess, and logging in has started to feel like doing chores, Expedition 2 gives you a clean break and a reason to start fresh with some exclusive cosmetics on top. The key is not leaving everything to the last week; you do not want to be scrambling for Plastic Parts, batteries, or coins while the timer ticks down.
