Странный баг в OpenDial: иконки .с и .h файлов отображаются не те, что в icons.ini
icons.ini of OpenDialog has no sections, and the program doesn't expect any sections like [icons16].
Therefore OpenDialog finds two first associations for *.c and *.h files (in the whole icons.ini) which are c=19 and h=50 in the section [drives16].
By the way, there are two 'h' keys in the section [icons16]: 'h=4' and 'h=27'.
