    So what about:
Do you wait 30 minutes after batery remove?
Can you access bios(carefully read manual for you laptop, to find combination for access bios, their can be not standart)?

And what is model of your laptop?
Did you have same problems before?
Try to boot livecd OS. Is keyboard working?

    Sorry for my english.
  • I wait 30 minutes.
I don't access to Bios because it is possible by using keyboard(F2).
I read a topic in this forum whit subject"keyboard & mouse don't work"so this problem is usual for anyone that use kolibriOS,whether it is a computer or a laptop.
Also when I click on bottom"Home"(the yellow bottom in shutdown)keyboard became disable!

It is not usually problem - it is problem for USB keyboard and mouse.
But your problem is unique! You need reset your BIOS.

When you remove battery - you does a disconnection AC-adaper out of power connector?

P.S. Try power off the laptop, and then press (and hold) Esc or F1 and power on Sometimes it helps to reset the BIOS.
  • What is a model of your laptop?
  • Kolibri can't change BIOS setup. And it's can't break keyboard. Maybe it is hardware problem of your laptop - keyboard crashed or something like that? Try to ask your customer service.
  • If you can't access bios, you may try to reset cmos, if this is possible.
If after that you will have same problems try to rewrite bios.

P.S. I tried kolibri on 3 PC and don't have any problems.
