Re: NumLock on at startup

It works! Great! Thanks a lot. :D

Another (none urgent) suggestion:

There are keyboards that don't have led's to show the status of the numkey and caps lock.
For those users it would be nice to display the status on the screen.
For instance two simple letters: n or N and a or A.

Does this help you in any way? http://wiki.kolibrios.org/wiki/Networking_for_dummies http://wiki.kolibrios.org/wiki/Using_kolibrios.org_with_ftpc :D Certainly! Descriptions like these are essential. Although they still need improvement. After a "zeroconfig" I suddenly got the notification...

Re: Seppe publishes it's files via a ftp directory on Kolibr

ethernet card 8086 10DE (82567LM-3) might work with the i8254x driver, try replacing netcfg program inside kolibri.img with the attached version to load this driver for your card. Sorry, still no driver installed. :( But no need to spent time on this, it's an old desktop that needs replacement anyw...

Re: Keyboard layouts added to Kblib

there used to be 2 programs that hold keymaps and now there's a library too? *sigh* After the implementation of unicode, Klib will read the unicode version "Keymap.rtf" from disk. Likewise, the programs you mention should read that same file to produce the legacy ascii keymap tables. I st...

Re: Seppe publishes it's files via a ftp directory on Kolibr

You can use the FTP client (FTPc) to download these files in kolibrios. You can also use the 'internet downloader' application to download a file over HTTP instead (http://ftp.kolibrios.org/...) That sounds realy great! Thank you. However, up to now I haven't been able to do any networking w...

Keyboard layouts added to Kblib

I added several keyboard layouts to the Klib library for Countries that use a keyboard that is similar to a Western Latin keyboard. See the list below. The other countries must wait a few weeks for the implementation of unicode in Klib. With unicode, some keyboard layouts will receive additional sym...

Seppe publishes it's files via a ftp directory on KolibriOS.

I created a public ftp directory ftp://kolibrios.org/users/seppe to publish my works in progress. (Thank you CleverMouse.) In there you will find the KbTool application and a folder Klib with all it's files of interest. The folder Klibex_apps contains the executables of the Klib examples. :?: Can we...

Re: install kolibri steps

Executing setmbr.exe before the inst.exe solved the problem. :D So I dont need to send you a dump.
Thank you for the sources. Someone should try to boot Kolibri from UEFI.
I had no reaction on my earlier post about it. viewtopic.php?f=23&t=2730.
