Re: eBox 3350MX
I must say that I tested KolibriOS on a Compaq CQ57 laptop, and almost everything (well, everything I tested) works as expected: Keyboard, HDAudio, Mouse, except 3D Acceleration, I was even able to listen to MP3s and watch MP4, AVI videos (HD) (no subtitle support yet).... Headphones work, but the s...

Correction to Eolite.ini
Hi. I've noticed that if I try to open MP4 files or AVI files from Eolite, FPlay will not automatically launch them. This is because, in my opinion, in the Eolite.ini it points to /kolibrios/media/fplay when it should be pointing to /kolibrios/media/fplay-full . This will also probably happen with o...

VALS Semester of Code
Hello! I'm starting this thread to suggest the idea of the KolibriOS project applying for the VALS Semester of Code. From this page: [http://semesterofcode.com/?p=5] The Semester of Code (SoC) is an initiative of the European VALS project, which allows students of degrees of computer science address...

Re: Rufus now supports KolibriOS (ISO -> USB)
Thanks for your efforts! :) Because of this I was finally able to install KolibriOS to a USB drive! I actually tested with two drives, and both worked: I was able to boot the system from the USB drives (Tested on a Compaq CQ57 laptop). What's impressive is that HDAudio works just fine! (Well, HDAudi...

Re: Problems trying to boot KolibriOS from USB.
Hello, again! :) It's been a long time since I gave feedback, so here goes: I finally was able to boot KolibriOS from a USB Flash drive, by using Rufus! Unfortunately, I can't test the kolibri_pcl.img anymore, as I currently don't have access to a PCL printer. So, I think this thread can be closed. ...

Re: Problems trying to boot KolibriOS from USB.
If you notice in the screeshots, this time I used the "inst.exe" instead of the "mtldr.exe" as suggested by Yogev, and now the machine has this message: ":) KolibriOS boot loader, FAT32 Flash version" and is taking a long time to process. Maybe my hardware has some prob...

Problems trying to boot KolibriOS from USB.
Hello, I'm Louis de Médicis, I'm new to the board. I got a problem trying to boot KolibriOS from USB. I followed Yogev's advice here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/kolibrios/permalink/558257730873047/?comment_id=565897210109099&offset=0&total_comments=18&ref=notif¬if_t=group_act...
