uniform driver interface

Greetings from SouthAmerica, Chile.
Last night i was talking with an argentinian coder about the eternal and recursive conflict about drivers on minority, indie and leftfield operating systems.
Here i have two solutions that can be implemented in KoOS.

uuu, freedos, os/2, qnx, freebsd, why don't port it to KoOS?)
