I saw dosbox running in Kolibrios from videos.

But when I boot Kolibri from fdd img / flash img / liveCD iso and click 'others-emulators-dosbox', nothing happens.

I saw 'dosbox' file in kolibrios/emul/dosbox path from liveCD iso file, but not in img file.
And also nothing happens when manually clicking that dosbox file from CD path.

Do I need some kind of installation process to properly run dosbox, not liveCD/liveFDD?

Checked the latest ISO build. From the menu "'emulators" DOSBox opens.
Look at the debug board, maybe it will tell you the cause of the problem
