So now that Qemu is running KolibriOS on my Chromebook, I wanted to give it some hard disk space to save my created files to. I used the following code to create the disk image... qemu-img create /media/removable/SD\ Card/Kdrive.img 10M . This successfully created the 10MB image, then I used this startup line... qemu -fda /media/removable/SD\ Card/KolibriOS/kolibri.img -boot a -hda /media/removable/SD\ Card/Kdrive.img . When Kolibri boots, I now see the /hd0 option in my file manager, but I cannot get a text file to save to hd0. Is there something else I need to do to make this hd0 a writable drive?

Unfortunately at the KolibriOS is no utility to create and format partitions on hard disk. So you need take IMG boot floppy DOS, such as FreeDOS or MS-DOS and use FDISK and FORMAT for Kdrive.img
