Building on Mac OS

Is it possible to build KolibriOS on a Mac? All I own are Mac OS systems and would hate to have to buy a new system in order to build Kolibri I do not use Virtual machines for emulation of OSes

Yes, it is. Try unix/libc version of FASM. http://flatassembler.net/fasm-1.70.03.tar.gz

Possible to build, but nobody guarantees it will be possible to run it there.

I tried MacPro once, no luck.

So basically, I have to run a Linux or windows machine in order to build it.

I would give virtual machines a try. They are handy in so many ways!

In fact, if you manage to boot your Mac to GRUB, you can try to load Kolibri using memdisk.
