Translate comments to english

Hi community,
I'm translating KolibriOS to spanish. I have changed the encoding of the source files to CP437, but ignoring the russian symbols (`iconv -c` on Linux).
Kolibri boot up but stops in "Setting OS task". I will have to figure out what is the problem...
But this post is for request to russians developers to translate the comments of the source files to english. Because the cause of the 99% of the errors (when changing the encoding) are the russians symbols.
Thank you!

Best way is to save CP437 files to another inc-files, do not mix codepages. Then you can add inc's with CP437 to file with CP866/1251. It should help.
But it looks we have to switch to UTF-8 to fully solve this porblem.

UPDATE:
The correct code page for spanish is CP850. It includes Í, etc.
But if I use it the "Í" is not print correctly.

UPDATE:
The problem is only with the uppercase letters, not with the lowercase.

You need to request an account from one of the administrators (Clevermouse for example)
