What are the main differences between MenuetOS and KolibriOS? If there are none, then isn't Kolibri basically the same thing as MenuetOS? Also why is there a change of name from MenuetOS to Kolibri?

1) Kolibri is a fork of Menuet
2) Take any Diff program and compare.
3) Compare the system calls

3) Once apone time Ivan Poddubnii and Mario made Menuet Russian Edition (localized version of Menuet 32). There was a lot of good changes, but main Menuet OS developer Ville Tur-r-...a doesn't want to apply those changes to main distro of Menuet. Mario have a very impulsive temper, so he made KolibriOS (why not?)). Also at that time Ville founded Menuet 64.
Something like that, if I'm not mistaken...
