How to copy-paste in Kolibri

Ok first of all I am using this OS for the 1st time....and my windows is DEAD so i want to backup my data as i have to reinstall windows.....Ubuntu's unable to mount..so i can't use Ubuntu to backup my data....i heard kolibri is made in Assembly Language and it can open all drives(correct me if i am wrong).Well it did open the drive but i dunno how to copy and paste in this OS..so plz help me!!

Kolibri can read FAT12, FAT16, FAT32, NTFS, ISO9660, and has recently been added Ext2 and Ext3. However, the writing is support only for FAT's
Also, you need to enable support for BIOS disk (/bd0/1/ and other) in the blue-load-screen.

Also, you should use KFM or KFAR to copy files by using F5 key. To select files use Insert. KFM can't copy folders, but KFAR does.
