What you mean?.
Emu8086 is 16-bit real mode MS-DOS emulator for 32-bit Windows, and he is not approach for 32-bit KOS, because she is not MS-DOS and not Windows. KolibriOS is use another sys. calls and sys.libs and don't work with real hardware by straight as MS-DOS.
If you mean Kolibri programmes emulation - this is not possible by causes pointed above.
