I apologize for being a bit slow but I am new to this. I attempted to download from the download page but I don't understand which is the main distro. I saw a lot of stuff like binaries, sources, sdk, debug image. I am a little familiar with some Linux distros and you just download the main iso and burn it to a cd. If anyone has the patience to come down to my level and explain some stuff I would be most grateful. I attempted to look at the pdf instructions but unfortunately I cannot read Russian.

If your network card is FORCEDETH (you have nForce's chipsets) then you may use Internet. But there are very few programs for it.
The last official distro is http://kolibrios.org/load.cgi?distro/last/kolibri_en.7z . There are a lot of new programs for kolibri was made since this distro was realized.
