Anti virus detects trojans in Kolibri 0.7.1.0 install

Hi
I've been looking alternative lightweight operating systems for project I'm playing with and came across Kolibri. As an former assembler programmer (IBM 370) I can appreciate the advantages of writing an OS in it.
But, when searching for reviews of it, I found two references to there being a trojan in the download. See -

and

Is this a false positive or is there something wrong with this release? I can see a lot of people being put of by this.
I've now downloaded it myself and my anti-virus (AVG Free) does indeed find trojan Small.AEK in 9x2klbr.exe
