Some questions about kolibriOS

Hi there !
I'd like to help with kolibri OS project.
As for many people lately involved in free software, I'm no coder (neither C(++) nor ASM).
Still I'm very interested and eager to help.
First suggestion : open a paypal link. I'm not rich, still, I can give some money to help maintaining the web server.
Then I'd like to introduce KolibriOS to my LUG (in France).
And so I'd like to translate it in french.
Is it possible ? And how ? Any hint ?
And last but not least, I'd like to know know if core coders of kolibriOS are ok to share their views about the purposes of kolibriOS, about ASM and so on, so I can leran better about the project aims, history and future
