Hmmm, can you try the program PCIDEV instead?
menu > system > system sensors > PCI devices

Old version 0.7.7.0, run out of the box :shock:
video modes, are the same two.

320x200 EGA/CGA 256 COLORS
640X480 VGA 16 COLORS

It seems your BIOS doesn't contain VESA modes or KolibriOS has a bug reading them. Does your laptop have the latest BIOS version installed?

Maybe present only 16 bit modes.

But same chip in different laptop does support 640x480x24 bit: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=2637&start=60#p56648
So *theoretically* it should be possible to update this BIOS to support 640x480x24 bit.

BIOS set up screen, show no options about another video mode that just:

Boot Display: Auto Or Both.




Here found two supposed 355 BIOS firmware.

Everest report shows :

BIOS Version 1.2R2.5


But attached firmware version from hwdrivers.com, is 2R3 version...

BIOS rom flashed with 2R3 version, shows no changes in BIOS set up screen or KolibriOS
start menu. :?
