Don't confuse sites kolibrios.org and kolibri-n.org, they are different. When you were testing, there was no German translation on the main site. Right now I have updated the main site, so the German translation has appeared and should be auto-detected when going to http://kolibrios.org/ without explicit language section. Note however that the browser is allowed to cache the old redirect, so if you keep falling to English version, just clear browser cache.

Update flag icons too, because I redraw them all manually.

On kolibrios.org, the caption is right and it auto-detects my language
On kolibri-n.org, the caption is right but it doesn't auto-detect my language

That's for Opera Mobile on Symbian Belle and for Internet Explorer on Windows 7

I replay my answer, that kolibri-n.org only for testing site functionality. Language redirection is a SERVER CONFIGURATION, not site. So it shouldn't work in kolibri-n.org, but must work on kolibrios.org.

1) .ge - это грузины :-) немцы - это .de - Поменяй, пока не начали стебаться
2) Для меня осталось как было - белая полоска сливается с фоном (tested on kolibri-n.org):
yogev_ezra wrote:10. On the "Old releases" page (http://kolibri-n.org/es/releases), please put the Russian flag inside black border or something like this, because the top part of the flag is white and the background is also white, so it looks like the flag is missing a top part.
Leency wrote:10. On my monitor I see grey border, but if your monitor have more contrast it may disappeared. I'll try to do something.
7. On the "Old releases" page (http://kolibri-n.org/es/releases), Russian flag top part is white and the background is also white, so it looks like the flag is missing a top part. - fixed, I think.

Дело в контрасности монитора.
ge - дикий завтык :)

Сегодня исправлю. Думаю,это будет последнее исправление.

ge -> de fixed on kolibri-n.org
That's all, I think. It take one month to update site...

1) We are still missing a "Contact us" page:
yogev_ezra wrote:4. I suggest to add 1 more tab called "Contact" so that interested parties can contact us:
  • Websites, bloggers that want to write about KolibriOS - can contact our PR e-mail for interview inquiries
  • Developers that have questions - can contact our forum (it's ok to have forum mentioned in 2 places)
  • Website suggestions - can contact you, if you want
  • Infrastructure/hosting problems (like, site can't be opened, no SVN access etc.) - can contact XVilka
See example on ReactOS website: http://www.reactos.org/contact
Without such page, I cannot spend more money on advertisements, since if website admins / editors want to contact us with questions or additional clarifications, they won't know how to reach us.

2) If we are into translations, then 1 more language (French) is needed - check EFIGS acronym on the internet: http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=efigs
If a company decides to translate its website to other Latin languages besides English, it is a common practice to go with EFIGS languages: English, French, Italian, German, Spanish - those are considered most wanted / most common Latin languages. Of course, other languages (like Dutch) are a good bonus, but those 5 are considered must.
I think hidnplayr knows enough French to help us translate the website

Yep, we need Franch, and we need contact page, but as I told you before: I finish web-site developing for now and continue developing KolibriN (see also http://kolibri-n.org/join.php BUT IT STILL DOESN'T WORK). Sorry, but I have too many things to do and too less time. I can give my sources to anybody who want to improve this future. Or you may wait, when I start with kolibrios.org again.

I ask to put information about new website to facebook group, is it too hard to do it?

CleverMouse wrote:fedesco, open the page http://kolibrios.org:7890/ and say the string that it outputs. This is Accept-Language header that your browser sends; e.g. on my computer it is
Your Accept-Language: ru-ru,ru;q=0.8,en-us;q=0.5,en;q=0.3
On my PC it is: Your Accept-Language: it-it,it;q=0.8,de;q=0.6,en-us;q=0.4,en;q=0.2

kolibrios.org still doesn't apparently recognize the correct language.

Is kolibri-n.org only in russian?

It should redirect from http://kolibrios.org/ to italian version. Try to clear the cache of your browser; maybe the browser still caches the old redirect from times when there was no italian version.
