To do that, developing a Pentium chip with 16MB of RAM can run several operating systems such as Windows 95, embedded linux, and Kolibri OS. I am currently working on an opencores.org ARM9 chip which can be produced at 130nm or 180nm for fairly cheaply (https://www.crowdsupply.com/wafer-space/gf180mcu-run-1/) Kolibri OS works very well on 9MB of RAM as I tested it today: https://youtu.be/LX_3K22yFec https://ei2030.github.io/FemtoTX/
How are you planning to make ARM chip compatible with KolibriOS, which is heavily bound to x86?
