Is it possible to install additional programs/software on Kolibrios?

    No, KolibriOS applications don't use PE format. Just run your app, no need to install it.

    And to be able to use a portable program, what application formats does KolibriOS use or support?

    KolibriOS uses its own executable format, similar to what 32-bit MenuetOS uses.

    I've already realized it, it's the ".kex" I've downloaded several programs and games from the forum and they work for me. (Sorry if I don't write English well, I'm translating this)

    Yep, exactly — KolibriOS apps usually come as .kex executables, you just copy them over and run, no installation needed. There are a bunch of them on the official repo and forums, including games, utilities, and demos. Think of it more like running portable apps rather than installing like on Windows.
