Can you please run the program 'netcfg' (Menu > network > config) and write here what is written there.
Only the text with a blue background is nescessary.
Then we can try to fix this at the root of the problem.
Help to install KolibriOS, to hard disk.

KolibriOS is booting now, will modify screen config, to get a full display and
see how it works.
Regarding screen resolution, which options do you have when you press A in the boot screen (blue screen)?

It seems your BIOS doesn't contain VESA modes or KolibriOS has a bug reading them. Does your laptop have the latest BIOS version installed?danielsoy wrote:Old version 0.7.7.0, run out of the box

Maybe present only 16 bit modes.yogev_ezra wrote:It seems your BIOS doesn't contain VESA modes or KolibriOS has a bug reading them. Does your laptop have the latest BIOS version installed?danielsoy wrote:Old version 0.7.7.0, run out of the box

But same chip in different laptop does support 640x480x24 bit: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=2637&start=60#p56648Mario_r4 wrote:Maybe present only 16 bit modes.
So *theoretically* it should be possible to update this BIOS to support 640x480x24 bit.
BIOS set up screen, show no options about another video mode that just:
