KolibriOS is booting now, will modify screen config, to get a full display and
    see how it works.
So it seems you had a problem with network driver now. hidnplayr will help you - please follow his questions in this topic.
Regarding screen resolution, which options do you have when you press A in the boot screen (blue screen)?
  • which options do you have when you press A in the boot screen (blue screen)?

    two options only:

    320x200 EGA/CGA 256 COLORS
    640X480 VGA 16 COLORS

'netcfg' (Menu > network > config)

    Fine.
  • Menu, network config = reboots when a new window, is trying to shows up

Hmmm, can you try the program PCIDEV instead?
menu > system > system sensors > PCI devices

Can you please try the old version 0.7.7.0 and see if it has more video modes on option A?

It seems your BIOS doesn't contain VESA modes or KolibriOS has a bug reading them. Does your laptop have the latest BIOS version installed?

Maybe present only 16 bit modes.

But same chip in different laptop does support 640x480x24 bit: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=2637&start=60#p56648
So *theoretically* it should be possible to update this BIOS to support 640x480x24 bit.
  • BIOS set up screen, show no options about another video mode that just:

    Boot Display: Auto Or Both.

Here found two supposed 355 BIOS firmware.

    Everest report says:

    Tipo de BIOS Acer
Fecha de la BIOS del sistema 01/01/97
Fecha de la BIOS de video Desconocido
