One question about asm grammar.(May be odd :P)

  Hello all,
  
  This question may be odd, but since I'm bad at asm stuff yet, please don't blame me for that.
  Anyway, this is my question.
  MASM grammar and FASM grammar are the same?
  I just.. still don't have any idea about those tones of asm compilers. Why are there so many compilers? MASM, FASM, YASM, whoa.. unable to list all, right?
