Есть замечание по расположению панельки иконок снизу.
В приложении Baby Painter она выскакивает и не даёт выбрать цвет.
Лучше переместить её на стандартное место слева.

И когда уже 10-я выйдет?

В принципе все готово к выпуску KolibriN10.
Сейчас ищу людей для тестирования Beta-версии.

Как я и говорил, можно выпустить не N10, а новую версию Колибри. Те, кто поддерживает или не поддерживает такую идею, высказывайтесь.

Всё равно как назвать. N10 - это и есть новая версия. Для меня важно, чтобы загрузчик был как в N9.

I planned to release 0.8.0.0 this winter, exactly 10 years since 0.7.7.0. However, I agree on a closer date if you insist. Anyway, we all shoud consolidate our efforts because there are just a few of us who is kind of active.

What kind of release schedule do you prefere:

• Official release now;
• Release candidate now, release later;
• N10 now, official later;
• N10 now, then official RC, then release?

As I see, KolibriN visually still differs significantly from the nightbuild distro. How big are technical differences? Do you want/plan to introduce them to trunk?

Besides technical questions, we need decent user and developer guides to not answer same questions again and again. Maybe in commonmark format to translate into html easily and put somewhere on the site.

Unlike previous versions of KolibriN this version has no technical difference.
I've spent about half a year not to add functionality but on fixing issues.
So the current KolibriN version is not smth new, but a bottom line under all changes done for 5 years.

I'm not sure that all people would be happy to see a new appearance in the night build.
Well, I can add an option to switch between classic view (nighbuild) and a modern view (KolibriN).

Besides technical questions, we need decent user and developer guides to not answer same questions again and again.

There is already a /kolibrios/res/guide/*.hml
Please check it.

You can also take previous release notes from KolibriN9.

Замеченные недоработки:
1. Dictionary не запускается из нижней панели
2. AC97SND тоже - из меню
3. Динамик выключен
4. При смене позиции панели на боковую она не помещается на экране 800х600

1. Это уже исправлено, нужно перекачать дистр.
2. Добавлять AC97SND в меню было ошибкой изначально - программа не запускается без параметра-песни! Я покопаюсь, может поправлю.
3. Я включу по-умолчанию в ночной сборке.
4. Уберу IRC, перенесу в APP+ тогда влазит.

Теперь можно указать положение картинки.

App+ на панели не работает

Вообще не запускается?
А ISO в эмуле?

Похоже ложная тревога - на другом ПК всё отлично. Эмулятора у меня нет.
