Intel i8254x & Broadcom bcm57xx

Can the attached code for Intel i8254x and Broadcom bcm57xx be reused in Kolibri?
Written in 64bit Assembler for BaremetalOS (BSD license):

I have both cards and might port the drivers to 'net branch' in the future.
The drivers from BareMetalOS are however very simplistic right now.

82541PI LAN doesn't work well in

It shows connection to the Internet but can not download anything.
