Drivers for network cards

    My congratulations! Thank you. :)

    Nice screenshots. :)

Maybe the problem is in old downloader application. Try to load that address with that kolibri.img in Qemu and see if it works.

    P.S. http://ftp.kolibrios.org/users/Asper/VX/ updated.
  • Good News, I wrote the R6040 driver for net branch.
It does not lose some packets like the trunk version does.

It seems the packet loss is caused by an RX buffer overflow, i'll increase the number of buffers for trunk version and add it to SVN too.

  • Very good! When you finish it update Net.img please, so that everybody can use it.

    Done. (http://builds.kolibrios.org/new-stack/)

Noticed that I forgot to remove outgoing packets from RAM in r6040 driver, will fix it later.
    EDIT: fixed, net.img also updated

  • Dear eBox/edubook/... owners..
Yogev_ezra has reported to me that there is a problem with latest kolibri.img, when starting on a device with R6040 network card, without a network cable connected.

I tried to reproduce the problem on my eBox but the system does not hang for me...

If you have the time, please try to reproduce and report here.
