I have checked https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Licensing_FAQ and it seems like we wouldn't have licensing problems. But the code would be written for Linux or Windows? It seems like it should be specified.

The main problem in administrative part is financial. Yogev probably created financial account somethere and maybe he helps us one more time.
