hello,

I would like to install kolibri os on my pc :

1: I downloaded liveCD image from kolibrios official site .
2: I received in my download file : latest-iso.7z
3- az it is a commpressed file I uncompessed it
4- I burned the uncompressed file to a DVD
5- so I have actually a bootable DVD (
6- I introduced my DVD in order to boot it in mu PC ( pentium II ,384 MB RAM)

unfortunately it doesn't boot ( the pc can boot other distro )
could someone tell me what is wrong in my way to boot the kolibri?
and at which stage I have made a mistake?

If you open the drive, you will see the ISO file or folder "boot" and other?

Which application did you use for writing?

the application used to burn the CD is brasero disc burner

Dear all,

in fact I checked the burned CD I didn't found the iso file.
I checked the downloaded file from the web site it was latest-distr.7z the one for floppy disk
so it was my mistake, i have to download the one for CD .

I thank you for your attention to my question
I installed THE OS and it is running.
