maybe #5168 will provide you with sound.

If not, please check debug board for information when trying to play sound.
It will tell you if you have a SB16 compatible card (which I suspect) and what DSP version this card has.

reboots with latest-image #5168.

Will go back to last working version, and try debug board.

Reboot when trying to play sound or when loading OS?
