I have decoded this text by http://www.artlebedev.ru/tools/decoder/advanced/ and in English it could be something like this:
"is not used now. so memory is not needed" and "to 40000 bytes less now".
теперь не исподльзуетс , а значит пам ти требуетс
теперь на 140000 байт меньше!
