Yes, sure, you can do it:
Download http://diamond.kolibrios.org/nightbuild ... ght_eng.7z
UnZIP this file and go to HD_load\USB_Boot folder
Read the readme.txt file and do as it's written there.
You need USB Flash formatted with FAT32.
