i've been using kolibri for some time, and made some programs for
it but, i have a problem: how i can edit raw format images?

You may use irfanview (a free image viewer) to convert .raw images to other formats (bmp,jpeg,gif,.) and vice-versa.

You could also try to use libIMG to use formats like .bmp and .gif directly in your programs.

You may use XnView/nconvert (http://www.xnview.com) too, for converting from any to any formats.
