okay, im tryed a other option. but the movie is without sound and it is more a slideshow as a movie. when i run the same file in an other OS (win/debian) then th video quality realy ok.... but this is not realy good .... is this becuse my old cpu?

I'm using the standart. The standart in my case is 1024x768x24.
