How to build kerpack on Linux?

Hi. I'm trying to compile Kolibrios on Linux but make is failing because I'm missing the 'kerpack' program.

How do you build kerpack on Linux? Looks like you need it to make the image. I found the source (in programs/other/outdated/kerpack) but it builds a Kolibrios binary, not Linux.
